Our products are made with care and quality ingredients, but please read each label and product description thoroughly before use. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions—always patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
3. Sales Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number so we can assist you.
4. Shipping
We ship to select regions and do our best to process orders promptly. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Yxi Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
